Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about GNLBS programmes, professional training, qualifications and corporate partnerships.

Courses and qualifications

Programmes, entry requirements and recognition

What programmes does GNLBS offer?

GNLBS provides programmes across three principal areas: Leadership Excellence, Digital and AI Transformation, and Academic and Professional Advancement. These include leadership, artificial intelligence, systems thinking, risk management, project management, quality management and professional qualifications.

Our programmes are designed for professionals, managers, executives, business owners, graduates and individuals seeking to develop new skills or advance their careers. Entry requirements vary depending on the programme and qualification level.

Contact our programme advisory team and tell us about your experience, career objectives and preferred method of study. We will recommend the most suitable programme or learning pathway.

Not for every programme. Some short professional courses are open to all learners, while advanced and postgraduate programmes may have specific academic or professional entry requirements.

Learning and delivery

Online, classroom, hybrid and international delivery

How are GNLBS courses delivered?

Courses may be delivered online, in person or through a hybrid combination of live classes, guided learning, practical activities and independent study. Delivery arrangements are confirmed on each programme page.

Yes. Many GNLBS programmes can be delivered through live online learning, allowing participants from different countries to join interactive classes led by experienced trainers.

GNLBS primarily emphasises interactive learning. Depending on the programme, learners may receive live teaching, practical workshops, supporting materials and access to selected recorded resources.

Duration varies from one-day executive workshops and short professional courses to multi-week programmes and longer academic qualifications. The programme information will clearly state the expected duration and study commitment.

Certificates and recognition

CPD certificates and regulated qualifications

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes. Participants who successfully meet the programme requirements receive an appropriate certificate of completion, attendance, professional development or regulated qualification.

The type of recognition depends on the specific programme. Some professional-development courses may carry CPD recognition, while eligible academic qualifications may be delivered through an Ofqual-regulated awarding organisation. Please check the individual programme details before enrolling.

Important: This wording is safer than claiming that every course is both CPD approved and Ofqual regulated. Each programme should display its exact status, awarding organisation and qualification number where applicable.

Recognition depends on the particular course, accrediting body and intended use of the certificate. Our team can explain the recognition attached to your chosen programme before you register.
